“Practical and clean”
Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and the parking is only €3. The room was very large with everything one needs in it. The initial contact over the phone went very smoothly too. The whole place is spotless and welcoming.

“Work stay in Chemnitz”
The Seaside Residenz Hotel was very conveniently located for both my work and access to town for the evening. The use of the rental bikes for the nominal €2 made travelling around in the evening a pleasure.

Overall I have a good experience with the hotel and will definitely come again. The reception area and the lobby are rather small and may disappoint those who like to seat there. “Nice Hotel”
Nice Hotel, good service. Interessant quality/price ratio.The breakfast could be improved in the choice of the cakes. There is a lot of foods as hams, cheeses and so on, but less in term of fruit, cakes, biscuits

“Good - if you take the Premium Level”
In German terms a larger size business hotel. Breakfast range OK but the breakfast room is rather dark and so its a bit of a depressing start in the day.
