“A romantic winter weekend getaway”

“Very bad service had to pay for extra room we didnt need”
We could only book on bookings site if we booked 3 rooms for 2 families. When we arrived they said there was enoigh beds with 2 rooms but that we couldnt cancel the 3rd room so they forced us to pay for it. “Doesn‘t live up to its reputation”
Although the rooms are spacious, they are not particularly comfortable or nicely decorated (although they were clean).
