“Don't let the surrounding collapsed buildings dissuade you”
We enjoyed our five-day stay at this hotel and would consider it a diamond in the rough while the neighborhood is in transition with collapsed buildings around the hotel being renovated. We stayed at Play a few times. The location is very convenient and the rooms are excellent. We didn't have a chance to visit the roof bar though.
