Overall everything was good. The only remark was about the cleanliness of the room during check-in. There was dust and hair from previous residents in the bathroom and corners. I didn't contact the staff because I was tired after a long journey, I just cleaned it myself, it's good that there was cleaning equipment in the room. This remark will not affect my desire to visit your hotel again. Thank you.

“Good self-catering accommodation for a visit to Amterdam”

We really enjoyed our stay in an XL 2 bedroom appartment on the first floor. There was no noise from other residents. The double bed was enormous and had its own ensuite shower room with toilet. The twin single room had its own shower room but no toilet. There was a second separate toilet off the entrance area. There are plently of pegs by the front door for coats which is useful in the winter. Welcome pack in the kitchen included a rubbish bag, one dishwasher tablet, a sachet of washing up liquid, a sponge. If you're staying longer than one night you'll have to bring extra supplies. There was a coffee machine with some pods and some tea bags. The living area had comfortable seating. The staff were very friendly. The parking was underneath, well-lit, secure with locked access via a lift. It costs about 30 euros a day but it is very convenient and safe. A short walk to the tram stop, then a 20 minute ride into central Amsterdam. Large shopping centre a 10 minute walk away with a supermarket which stayed open late. The property is not far off the motorway. We used the sauna once which was large and had a seating area outside and a shower. I would recommend taking some kind of bathrobe and slippers to wear from your appartment down to the sauna as you have to go via reception. We were on the first floor so we did hear some street noise during the night. The shower doors didn't fit properly and so we were constantly mopping up water that had leaked on to the floor. The iron and ironing board need to be replaced with newer models. We used the washing machine and the drying cycle wasn't very effective. The apartment slept 6 but the living area had a 3-seater sofa and one other padded chair. The kitchen was well-equipped with crockery but a poor selection of pans. There wasn't much space around the large dining-table which seated 8 - it would be better to have a smaller dining table with fewer chairs given that the appartment slept a maximum of 6. There are make-up mirrors in the shower rooms but the lighting isn't adequate. The bedside lighting in the double room isn't suitable for reading in bed.

Stay was only tainted by the breakfast experience, as a Coeliac I ordered Poached Eggs, Spinach and Mushroom with Gluten Free bread on my first morning, sadly no GF bread and was given jus… more

Stayed for 2 nights on business. Lovely hotel, friendly receptionists, comfy rooms with all you could ask for. Stay was only tainted by the breakfast experience, as a Coeliac I ordered Poached Eggs, Spinach and Mushroom with Gluten Free bread on my first morning, sadly no GF bread and was given just poached eggs with spinach (no mushrooms). On the second morning I checked if they had bread, yes I was told, so ordered the same. After waiting half an hour was told they had no Gluten free bread which was far enough, but they decided to just give me normal bread instead? I sent it back and waited another 10 minutes for 2. Poached eggs and a few mushrooms (no spinach this time). Breakfast service is also very slow, and disappointing because everything else is great.
