“Great historical hotel”
I loved this hotel. It was in a great location, the front staff was helpful and friendly. If they are busy checking people in, there is a self serve check in machine which issues key cards. “Something of a disappointment”
Visited to celebrate my 70th birthday. Booked a deluxe room. TV ceased to work on third day of stay and could not be fixed since technical staff finish at 6.00pm. it was reported before then but hey ho! Staff have been amazing up until this point. Will see how this experience reflect on any refund… more
