“Superb Hotel”
Worth the 30 min drive out of Den Helder. Warm welcome during check in and a fabulous, clean and spacious room. Very high quality room and bathroom fittings throughout. Evening meal was great value and the choice at breakfast was excellent. Will definitely go back there.

“Easter weekend”
Stayed in for a night over the Easter weekend. Room been spacious, clean and beds comfy. Bathroom with all you need. Highlight for me was food in restaurant. “Good bedrooms.”
Comfortable and modern rooms, with great beds and a modern shower, unfortunately offset with some quirks. “Not more than okay”
Had lunch at van der Valk. Known for good food at even better prices. It’s okay. Had sole. Again, okay, but not what Sole should be in Holland; fresh and better than in New York or Miami or Lima. But it’s not. Again, okay prices for okay food.
