“Great place to stay”
Visiting Middelburg for a few days with my cousin we decided to book the Poorthuys which was a very good choice . “Delightful and thoughtful”
Excellent location, lovely rooms, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast in gorgeous breakfast room. Delightful walled garden in which it is a pleasure to have a cold drink, in the sun. Can’t guarantee the sun, but the proprietor was optimistic, so we share that optimism with all!!

“A great place for a stay in Middelburg”
We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The host welcomed us and also was very helpful in making our stay a pleasant one. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Also the breakfast in the morning was a nice start of the day. Also it is nicely located in the city center in a beautiful area.
