Great experience at the Summit Lodge over 9 nights/days, staying in the 2BR Suite with a buddy. Plenty of space, good sized bedrooms and a well equipped unit with ski storage and tuning at the entry. It's a bit of a walk to the lifts but look at it as a good warm-up in the morning and an easy retun to the hotel as it's downhill... or take the local bus if the shuttle is not running. The location is well suited to buying groceries, access to the liquor store and a parmacy with loads of nearby cafe's, restaurants and shops within a few steps. Friendly and helpful Staff made the stay more enjoyable.

Great hotel towards the base of the main village. Quiet yet convenient location. Staff were amazing, Ceris in particular who helped organise flowers for our 25th wedding anniversary. Perfect stay & would not hesitate to return. Love Whistler!

Our stay at Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, beautifully designed rooms that made it easy to relax after long days on the slopes. The amenities truly elevated the experience — the hot tub and pool were perfect for unwinding, and the convenient bus service to the slopes made getting around effortless. Having access to a free washer and dryer was also such a thoughtful touch, especially after days filled with snow and adventure. What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Liam and Cerys, who went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special and memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team — we can’t wait to return!

“Just a few tweaks and it would be perfect”

Great ski hotel. Pleasant staff and great location. Everything is walkable - however, it was just a little too far to the ski lifts in ski boots for me. They have their own free shuttle bus, but I just rented skis from somewhere closer to the lifts, and then changed my boots/shoes there. There is … more

Great ski hotel. Pleasant staff and great location. Everything is walkable - however, it was just a little too far to the ski lifts in ski boots for me. They have their own free shuttle bus, but I just rented skis from somewhere closer to the lifts, and then changed my boots/shoes there. There is no boot drying room in the hotel, which surprised me. As a European skier, I’m used to these being pretty standard in hotels. Soggy cold boots were a little frustrating each morning. The rooms themselves are excellent, with lovely toiletries, and everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, all very clean, and serviced well each day. The little kitchen is a great bonus. I made breakfast every morning and then ate out in the evening. There’s a fantastic supermarket directly opposite. My only issue was noise. I had no issues from outside, but the internal room doors have zero soundproofing so you can hear absolutely everything. There is no restaurant, but you are spoiled for choice in the town centre. Balam and Araxi were my personal favourites.
