“Amazing stay”
Stayed for 3 days and it was fantastic. The staff was courteous and amazing to work with. The place was huge. I loved the pools and workout areas. The tennis court was beautiful. The area could not have been better for exploration. The bed mattress was so perfect.

“Amazing”
I would definitely recommend the Heritage Auckland for those staying downtown. So convenient, clean, staff is so amazing, accommodating, and helpful. Luther in specific; one of the nicest people I've met on this trip. Will be coming back and staying here.

“Enjoyed my stay”
After staying there twice some time ago, the moment I stepped in it was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly, had a lovely room, probably the only thing they could do was have a bath mat as it was difficult to get in the bath to have a shower.

“Easter weekend in central Auckland”
Its a large hotel in a good location near Sky Centre. There isa good rooftop 'club' area with views across the harbour that includes a pool and gym. The rooms are rather dark and dated plus there are not enough staff so rooms may not be made up until 5 or 6 in the afternoon.
