“A nice stay with a great team of staff”
The staff make this hotel. We arrived just over an hour before the 3pm check in time but as a Premium Customer they were able to get us into our room early and this was much appreciated. “Great location, staff and breakfast”
I stayed here for four nights on my own in London and upgraded to a premium room. The room faced the back, so it wasn’t noisy, and was very nice.
