“Excellent for the Hippodrome theatre”
Excellent location for the Bristol Hippodrome. Reception efficient and room clean and with everything you need. Parking in NCP next door at discounted rate with access to the carpark from inside the hotel. We did not eat so cannot comment on food. Overall excellent.

“Wonderful hotel”
A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were exceptional especially the restaurant manager. Everyone was very professional and friendly and helpful. A touch of "old school charm" with the pianist during dinner and breakfast. Lovely food .Nothing to fault at all
