“Very lovely place to stay”

Such a lovely hotel, very nice staff especially anna she said she usually does the lunch in the restaraunt but she was on the bar on one of the days we were here and she was very kind and such a lovely person. “Surprised in the best way!”

We had a lovely week at the end of April. Our room was clean, with lots of storage and extra pillows and blankets. We had a chest of drawers and sliding wardrobe in the bedroom, a super deep utility closet with the boiler in which we kept our suitcases in and a chest of drawers with the tv on in the living room. The deep soak tub was incredible, but there was no shelf to keep your toothbrush or other toiletries on by the sink, there was a space to keep stuff on the tub though. We were super happy with the room and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. We had two toilet rolls, two bath towels, two hand towels and a bath mat in the room. There was a phone on the wall to call down to reception, fire extinguisher and some cleaning supplies like mop and dustpan and brush. Cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and cooking pans in the kitchen cupboards with a fridge big enough for a weeks worth of food easily. Over all we were super happy with the room and surprised by how big it was. The food was adequate, nothing amazing but it was definitely worth going all inclusive as there is food all day apart from two 30 minute breaks, so we could eat whenever we were hungry. The snack time consisted of cheese and bread and then later on they bought out hot food too. The food is nothing to write home about but it was edible and kept us going all week. My own problem was mostly all of the desserts contained nuts and having a server nut allergy means I couldn’t have anything sweet my whole trip (we bought ice creams from the supermarket up the road to make up for it). There are two restaurants close ish to the hotel so I think it is definitely worth the all inclusive even if you’re planning to eat out in a different town a few days a week. I over heard that lunch is €25 per person if you’re not all inclusive. The pool area is great in the morning as the whole area is warmed by the sun but by the afternoon it is freezing as the sun is covered by the 2 surrounding buildings. Would definitely recommend the beaches in the afternoon and pool in the morning. The pool bar is open 11am-7pm and then the bar at the Sweet Spot, a small third-party bar attached to the hotel, is open 7pm-11pm. There is a separate list for all inclusive drinks including 5 cocktails but there is enough of everything on there for there to be something for everyone. There is not a lot around the area but we knew that coming on this holiday as this is what we wanted. The beaches are stunning and not too far from the hotel but it is quite rough but natural terrain to walk down to. There is a supermarket about a 20 minute walk away but it is most flat and pavemented the whole way. The surrounding area is stunning and all the beaches are surrounded by big cliffs which make them amazing for the sun and minimal wind. There is also a land (dotto) train for €5 per person which takes you to the next town over which is full of shops and the closest pharmacy if needed. I believe it’s an easy walk there but would definitely recommend the train and you get to see some more of the area and it brings you back again on the same ticket. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing, chill holiday and are not too fussed about food.

We just got back yesterday 21st April, we arrived on the 14th April had early flight gor to hotel at around 10.30 am went to reception and the first think the lady said was all inclusive does not start until 12 and room won't be ready until 3pm no hello or welcome we got our room at 2.55, ROOM was a nice surprise very large big enough for a family of 4 it had a separate kitchen bathroom lounge and bedroom 2 balcony's we were on the ground floor ,the hotel has 5 blocks ,FOOD was good plenty of choice and wasn't to busy, SWIMMING POOL was not heated but big the only place were you get a drink was at the swimming pool until 7pm when you could get drinks at the place called the sweet spot which was on the hotel next to the reception you had to pay for drinks there before 7pm,the area around the hotel is very Hill the beach is down a steep slope so if you don't like walking this is not the place to go you can walk into town in around 30 mins but there is a land train that goes around every hour for 5 euros it last all day,overall the hotel was nice for a budget hotel and would recommend it for a cheap family holiday
