“great view”
amazing view from my 78th floor room. hyatt club on the 83rd floor for breakfast and dinner cocktails was a great way to start the day and evening activities.

“Overall experience was good”
Overall service was good and staffs were very polite and helpful. The bathroom wall could use better cleaning. The neighboring room was loud.

“Meh.”
Staff were not helpful and dismissive. Food at lounge was mediocre. I really have no words to say on this hotel. Apart from the building being iconic, nothing much goes on here provided by the Hyatt.
