“Perfect stay”
Lovely little stay, perfect for what we needed and great price. Rooms very clean. Staff extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble. Special mention to Louise and Dai in the leisure club who were very accommodating, polite and professional. Will return again 😀

I booked this hotel due to its location to Birmingham Airport prior to an early morning flight. Found all the staff we interacted with to be extremely friendly and helpful. “Overall Excellent Value for Money hotel with great staff and service”
Can't beat this hotel at the NEC for value and friendliness, spa is very handy with very warm sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
