“Hidden Gem in Eastern Iowa”
Great hotel with upscale amenities. Well appointed guest rooms with the latest technology and very comfortable bed. We were in a King room with floor to ceiling windows and blackout curtains. “Wonderful Stay”
We loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was comfortable and quiet in the room The restaurant, the Class Act, was pricey, but excellent food. We like that culinary students learn alongside the workers.

“We’ll be back 😊.”
We had a great couple of nights. The location was convenient for us. Restaurants close by and near the venue we were attending. The room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed having a decent coffee maker. “Must stay at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center when visiting Cedar Rapids, Iowa!”
This is really nice and the culinary students do a great job with the menu. The stay is like a resort and the food is worthy of a star or two!

“Questionable decisions”
When I arrived to my room for the first time, I found that it had not been cleaned since the prior guest departed. Upon returning to the front desk, I was asked to wait so they could "investigate".
