“Long weekend in Chicago”
This was my first trip to Chicago, and the hotel was pleasant, clean, and in a great location. I would stay here again. No complaints.

“It’s a okay place to stay”
The hotel was OK. A very standard old room with a terrible view. Breakfast was better than Holiday Inn, It’s not bad but it’s the same every day. “Frustrating check-in experience”
Very frustrated that we were unable to check-in prior to 4:00pm despite the front desk staff telling us our room was ready.
