“Great hotel for the price.”
We stayed here to be close to The Auditorium. Perfect location for us to be able to walk around Chicago. There is a parking garge around the corner where we parked for the weekend at $53 vs the $83/day at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, pillows sink down if you dont like flatter pillows. “All around great hotel!”
Super clean and the staff were friendly and very accommodating! Also great location for public transportation or walking. I could not recommend this hotel more highly

“In & Out”
On business, hotel room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly. Wish the bar would stay open later than 9pm. Overall nice stay.

“Fabulous, with a two main exceptions”

The hotel is well located go all you would want to do in downtown Chicago. The hotel staff is great. The rooms (at least ours) weee very obviously worn and need updating. Mainly the furniture.
