“Great Staff and a fab Limerick City experience”
Roisín at front desk was absolutely brilliant to deal with. Understandably, front desk deals with a lot of bookings and different people's behaviours however I would say Roisín made the booking easy and her work ethic reflects the hotel so well. “Great third visit”
Third visit and just as good as the previous ones. Staff very friendly throughout our stay. Good breakfast. Great location. Easy parking nearby (paid). Would stay again.

Very nice hotel, great view of the street from our room. Parking close by, inexpensive when paid at hotel. Nicer hotel then I usually stay in, with chocolates and water a nice touch Beds were comfortable. Hot electric tea kettle in room.
