“Great place to stay”
We have stayed at prima palace twice and we love it!! Location is great, food and kashrut iw great, rooms are spotlessly clean and maintained daily and price is reasonable for Jerusalem. Highly recommended!

Prima Palace is centrally located with easy access to the center of the city , light rail, and Old city of Jerusalem. The hotel is kept spotless, which was a pleasure. “No complaints, no thrills ”
The service is attentive, the breakfast is nice, first floor rooms are renovated.. but still the overall feeling is of a basic motel. It’s perfectly good as a place to sleep and move on but not as a place to enjoy
