The Natura Inn is inside a small gated community about 10 minutes from the city centre. Most of the rooms are small and, if you have a lot of luggage you may find it difficult to move around. We had been booked for a room with a queen-bed but with our suitcases open we would have been unable to move around. Also, the "desk" in each room is a table that is too high for writing or a computer--in addition to having a second shelf that hits one in the knees. We paid extra for the "matrimonial suite", which was two rooms with a gigantic bath, including jacuzzi that I could not figure out how to operate. The first room is a sitting room with two sofas and a chair. There is a built-in desk but no desk chair. We suspect that this and other rooms are still in the process of being furnished because there was no art on the walls. Breakfast is in the 5th floor dining room (a limited-menu dinner is also served Mon-Sat) with spectacular views of the surrounding volcanoes. There is a buffet and eggs are cooked to order. Service at breakfast and dinner was good, although the latter seemed a bit slow, but everything was cooked from scratch. After a two-day, one-night trip to Chivay and the Colca Canyon to see condors, we returned to the hotel, which had kept our big bags, for several hours and rented a small room to relax and prepare for an overnight bus trip to Nasca. We could not have asked for better service throughout our stay and would certainly return.

“hard to find but very nice”

The hotel has a spectacular view of the Misti Volcano, the dinning area is superb. Rooms are nice but only a few have the nice volcano views, others have direct view to walls. When we arrive the reservation was made for a twin room and they had no other "nice" double rooms. Breakfast is served ever… more

The hotel has a spectacular view of the Misti Volcano, the dinning area is superb. Rooms are nice but only a few have the nice volcano views, others have direct view to walls. When we arrive the reservation was made for a twin room and they had no other "nice" double rooms. Breakfast is served every morning and its asorted. Staff are friendly and helpful, only make sure you have the hotel marked on a map, with the adress they give you, no taxi cab wants to take you cause they do not recognize where it is! Its 15 minute walk to the center

“Nice hotel and quiet”

Everything is nice and quiet, it's a small hotel not to far from the center. Breakfast is perfect with an amazing view on the mountain. Do not hesitate to go on the roof top, there is table and the view.

First the decor was fine and everything was clean. The bed was hard as a rock though and had to sleep on top of the comforter and blankets! Outside at night a security person goes around blowing a whistle! End result not a great night sleep. Reception at night could not understand enough Englis… more

First the decor was fine and everything was clean. The bed was hard as a rock though and had to sleep on top of the comforter and blankets! Outside at night a security person goes around blowing a whistle! End result not a great night sleep. Reception at night could not understand enough English for us to communicate that we needed towels. It has a very nice breakfast and dining area with a view. With some attention to details, this could be a nicer place to stay. It is a long hike to get to the plaza. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby.
