“Better Than Expected”
I care a lot about amenities, and this place delivered. Chapstick, pillow spray, body lotion, all travel-size and actually great scents. “Gem of a city centre bar”
As locals, we often have a post lunch/dinner drink in the hotel bar. It’s been very tastefully renovated in last few years and has lots of extremely comfortable seating areas. “Wonderful Stay at Apex Waterloo”
Excellent customer service! They stored my luggage prior to my stay, as I took a trip to the Highlands prior to my reservation. I, also, was upgraded to a larger room without an extra charge! The hotel staff were all amazing and welcoming.

“Comfortable and clean”
This hotel is a comfortable and clean place to stay. It is really easy to get to many of the main attractions in Edinburgh and you get to start off your day with an excellent breakfast
