“Great location hotel”
Fantastic hotel to attend the UKGE. The spa was amazing too. The mini bar was well stocked and the views from the window were lovely.

“Meal, Casino Night away”
Been to Genting Hotel a few times now. Always excellent room and staff. Love being able to have a meal and go to the casino without worrying about getting home.

“Good Location for the NEC, but Let Down by a Few Issues”
We recently stayed at the Genting Hotel and overall found it to be clean, comfortable, and in a great location for visiting the NEC. “It was okay”
We stayed in a deluxe double room and the space was great. Noise level was a little high but not too bad. Service was good. The biggest challenge was keeping the room cool while Birmingham was having a heat wave. The air could not keep up with trying to cool the room down.
