“Great service!”
Fabulous front desk service from Letia, the front office manager and Alyssa,the person who checked me in. Excatly what I want from staff at a lovely hotel. They made my stay quite special. Overall the rooms, food, bar and resturant where wonderful. Hopefully I get to stay there again. Thanks!

“Great Art Deco property; understaffed bar”
The Kimpton group acquired and renovated the former RJ Reynolds Tobacco building. Rumor has it that they paid as much for remediation of the building’s asbestos as they did for the property itself. Don’t know if that is true or not, but it would account for the so-so materials and workmanship some… more
