“Really good hotel”

Good location, near two metro stations, bus stations and 30 min walk from the old city. We stayed for a week in a family room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and spacious so as it was the bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The only problem was the noise from the street, so take your ear taps! The breakfast was good in quality and quantity but it should be a bit more various because it was the same for whole week.

We had a room with four beds, the one bedroom double bed had a nice large wardrobe and window that looks out into the street. The living room area had two single bed and there was a mini kitchen area. It was a bit dark in the living room space with window that only look out into the corridor so the curtains had to be stay closed all the time. The bathroom was small and the door panels was falling apart. Room service everyday there fix your bedsheets and replace towels and add toilet paper. It was very noisy at night so I had to use my earplugs. It’s just by the park and a good 15- 20 mins walk into main Lisbon town area. It’s nice to walk along the designer shops but the paving is slightly slippery. The breakfast was basic and was fine for 3 days, very cheap using the uber in Lisbon and the airport was so close cost around 13 euros. They have area to store luggage but the lift is tiny.

“Ok, but not superior”

I had a superior suite on the 7th floor and it was huge for one person. There was a fridge, good air-conditioning and a safe in the room. Check in and out was very quick. I had a superior suite on the 7th floor and it was huge for one person. There was a fridge, good air-conditioning and a safe in the room. Check in and out was very quick. The hotel is close to Parque metro station (250 meters). Breakfast was not included in my stay, but I had it twice and it was ok. Unfortunately both of the beds had worn out mattresses, and I felt the springs on my back. The safe was not attached to anything, closets were worn out inside, and drinking glasses were not replaced during my five days stay. Traffic was very loud even in 7th floor, so earplugs are a must. I wasn’t unhappy but the room needs a face lift to become “superior”.

“Nice but dated.”

This hotel was nice but very dated. We had our dogs with us and to be fair, the room was perfect. We didn't have breakfast as we left early. The receptionist who checked us in was very pleasant and when we left there was a different one who also was very nice
