Had a great time at the Executive Lounge. Annisa Alanna and Jihad were both friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Service was smooth and genuine. The Japanese bento was also a highlight, beautifully presented and very tasty. 5 star!

“Need to upgrade your cleaness”

We just finished our stay here and booked two rooms. There were no issues with the first room, but the second room wasn’t ready until almost 6 p.m., so we had to stay in one room. However, Mr. Tubagus handled the situation smoothly, so we were able to accept the situation and his explanation. However, the bedsheet in one of the rooms was a bit dirty—there were small brown stains—which we didn’t expect at a hotel of Kempinski’s reputations It didn’t end there. When we went to enjoy the sauna and steam room, the area was in terrible condition—dirty and slippery, like a public restroom, and truly disgusting to look at. The next morning, I hoped the area had been cleaned, but it turned out it hadn’t been cleaned even by noon… what’s going on at the Kempinski Hotel??? However, aside from that, all the staff were very friendly, like Mr. Tubagus from reception team who was very attentive to our feedback, and this was also felt by the rest of our family members as well… what an extraordinary service! i was stay in room 817, club level. overall need say i was really disspointed. i have been serveral times before in kempisnki and know the hotel since 2010. as a german i know the paulaner in the house wich is belong to same owner and only to add the paulner quality was in 2010 horror, thoose people no idea about german food or else but this improved a lot and in 2026 i can say the quailty of the food is similiar to the original. but the hotel under gm baumann is dissapointing. often the ladies in red not seem to be helpful seem more arrogant as they are better then other(subjective impression). the lobby rooms etc are all nice and i love the smell in the hotel. but my room 817 could not regulate the ac can not turn off, so it was muvh to cold, and trust me i love to sleep cold but this made me a middle ear infection and was not normal for a 5 star. the pool is tidy but poor from size and what it offer for a kempisnki not for kids. the clublevel is a dissapointment on is own. we arrive and went for a coffe and a breakfst in the club, upthere was a coffeemachine and poor small buffet only fruits and some pastry. no sausage no egges no salmone no nothing. they have a menu to order , is ok i order the bavarian breakfast. thin included a emporers cake and a white sausage and cheese. what came was a real unverschaemtheit. the white sausage was a kind of nurnberger with a hoffible taste and not at all conneced to a white sausage, this makes angry as the paulner wich i said is part of the hotel has now amazing white sausage and this i expected. sweet mustard came after asking, the cheese which came had the size of a fingernail around 5 to 10gr 3 types. the walnut on the plate was bigger. and oh i forget a meat loaf, the taste was nice but as well maybe a 20 to 30 gr piece and a german when hear leberkaessemmel expect something woh..this was ..we tried but we fail. and the emporer cake was a pancake diameter 7cm cutet like cake in 4 piece not at all what it supposte to be and every cook in austria would start crying see this sh..t. we waited for this breakfast 30 min to come with a 5 yo a nightmare. at night was same desaster, serve from menue, waited so long that my kid was get nervous and she had mie goreng wich tasted so bad we throw away, but let a guest waiting 30 to 45 min for a mie goreng is a joke as well miss bauman what u do in this hotel? on the breakfastbuffet al la card all nice except no salmon in a 5 star.sad. and down there they had 2 type of hard cheese no semisoft no camembert no blue, cutted in triange with 70 to 100 gr that guest saked to take a piece cause so big can not eat it and this is the strategy to serve same cheese many days to reduce food cost. for a 5 star hotel wich represant adlon kempinski totally faild if so scared of money. i can only recommend dear reader go to shangri la, 500m easy reach grand indonesia and paulaner by taksi price is 30percent or more cheaper, they serve smoked salmon with horsereddish( i teach them not forget the horsereddish) and the buffet in club and in restaurant by far better no comparison. or if u wanna safe more go to aryaduta menteng, the to plate service in club same like kempinski but roomrate much cheaper but what the serve on the plate 1000 times better than kempsinki. need to do a lot of homework
