“A fantastic stay in Mannheim!”
We stayed two nights (on the way to France and on the way back to Prague) and both stays were excellent. “One night short trip”
We stayed one night with two adults and a baby. The room was super clean, the mattress really comfortable and they even had a baby bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend!

“It always feels like coming home at this hotel. I'm on a first-name basis now.”
I'm literally on a first-name basis with the afternoon manager. I truly enjoy my stays at this NH Hotel in Mannheim. I always feel very welcomed and appreciated every time I overnight there. Plus, I sleep like a baby.

“two nights spent at room 238”
room temperature was a bit to high for my liking. maybe 20°C would have been enough, but I also understand why the value is fixed for all rooms (I assume that the control panel was working properly but didn't let me lower the temperature, because the fan control worked as expected)
