I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the location is perfect right next to the sea and all shops around a 10 minute walk. The atmosphere around the hotel was lovely such a happy vibe everywhere you go!! We did the privilege all inclusive which was definitely worth the money and great value for everything you get, the rooms especially also gain access to the roof top pool and bar and the downstairs infinity pool along with your very own privilege restaurant along with all other restaurants included (and mikes coffee shop if your a coffee lover like us) Everywhere is the hotel you went was immaculate and very good cleanliness everywhere Last but not least the staff and service was amazing the staff everywhere work so hard and cannot do more for you if they tried amazing personality super helpful and always smiling big shout out to Ismaili and rochdi making our experience so good I can’t recommend this hotel enough- sensational experience and time away!!

“Disappointing”

This was the 3d time we visited the hotel and this time we found it alittle tired looking . We stay in the swim up rooms and there was general lack of care which was apparent with broken and missing tiles around the swim area . This was the 3d time we visited the hotel and this time we found it alittle tired looking . We stay in the swim up rooms and there was general lack of care which was apparent with broken and missing tiles around the swim area . Cleaning was also a problem as in 5 days , the outside pool area wasn’t once cleaned . The customer care was questionable in the sense that they now only provide water every second day and even when highlighting that the water day had been missed , there was no room for discussion with reception who were clearly operating to a mandatory checklist .. very disappointing. They need to look at their returning customer care . We also booked a late check out and were only provided with a 2 hour extension which was chased by housekeeping after 1 hour 45 mins! Overall Poor communication with hotel staff and guests . Needs to be improved overall to encourage returning guests to continue to support the hotel as it is a great location.

We recently stayed at H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection with our extended family, booking several different room types, and overall the experience was quite mixed and below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. While there are definitely some strong points, there were also several issues that affected our stay from the very beginning. The arrival experience was unfortunately not a good start. There is no clear communication that hotel guests should not use the large parking area next to reception, but instead need to drive around to access the parking garage. This was never explained to us in advance or upon arrival. As a result, we parked in the wrong area and were approached by a security guard who spoke only Spanish and addressed us in a very rude and inappropriate manner. We didn’t understand what he was saying at first, and the whole interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and very unwelcoming, especially for an international 5-star hotel. On top of this, we faced a serious issue during check-in. It turned out that our 10-year-old child was not allowed to stay in the poolside room we had booked, as part of the hotel is adults-only. This restriction was not clearly indicated on the reservation pages or during the booking process on Expedia, which made the situation even more frustrating. We were kept waiting at reception for over an hour while this was being discussed, with no clear solution offered initially. At one point, the hotel proposed charging us around $500 to move the child to another room, which we found completely unreasonable given the lack of clear information beforehand. Only after insisting and reviewing the booking details together with the assistant manager was an alternative offered, and we were eventually assigned a room adapted for disabled guests. This resolved the situation, but the overall handling left us quite disappointed. Regarding the rooms, we had quite an inconsistent experience across our group. Some family members were assigned rooms adapted for disabled guests, which was not what we had originally booked or expected. The hotel mentioned that these rooms are not often used, which unfortunately showed: they were not properly prepared on arrival, with no towels and no minibar setup. This gave a rather neglected impression and did not meet the standard we would expect. Another room we had was a partial sea view room, but it was facing in the direction of the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. This turned out to be quite problematic, as there is loud music coming from that side, especially in the evenings. For anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is definitely something to be aware of, and we would strongly recommend requesting a room facing the opposite direction. We also noticed some general maintenance and cleanliness issues around the property that were disappointing for a hotel of this category. The Kids Club did not appear to be properly cleaned, which is particularly concerning when traveling with children. In addition, there were visible maintenance problems such as broken tiles and poolside showers that were not functioning, which further detracted from the overall impression. We stayed on a half board and considered trying one of the other restaurants, but there is no credit or inclusion for guests in this case, meaning everything comes at an additional cost. Because of this, we decided not to spend extra and ended up dining at the main buffet restaurant every evening. This was actually one of the highlights of the stay. The buffet offered a very good variety of dishes, including different types of meat and fish, local specialties, and high-quality appetizers such as shrimp and other regional products. The overall quality of the food was consistently good, and this part of the experience was genuinely enjoyable. Breakfast was also positive overall in terms of quality and selection. However, one detail that stood out in a negative way was the organization: there were only coffee machines available for the entire dining area, which often led to unnecessary crowding and felt quite limited for a hotel of this level. It’s a small detail, but one that contributes to the overall impression. In summary, the hotel has clear strengths, particularly when it comes to food quality, but there are also several service and organizational shortcomings that need attention. Better communication, more transparency during booking, more consistent room preparation, improved maintenance standards, and a more professional and welcoming approach from staff would significantly improve the guest experience and better align it with the expectations of a 5-star property.
