“The cleanliness was immaculate. From the lobby to the room. Everyone was so welcoming”

“Good But Can Be Better”
Nice decor and comfortable beds. Good location for downtown venues. The check in experience could have been better and housekeeping failed to show up when requested. But overall, still a good stay for this wanting to be in downtown Winston Salem.
