It’s in a great location; near enough to the beach and sand dunes. My friend and I went for a run to the beach one evening it’s about 3.5km away but taxis are available at any time through reception and are reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and comfortable perfect for us. The bathroom was spacious enough to fit a wheelchair and was well equipped to support people with disabilities. Pool area is lovely they have an adult only part of the pool however this is not monitored. There are plenty of sun beds available for everyone so no need to reserve with towels etc. Pool bar is great they have lot’s of different things to choose from and you can have your drinks by the pool. Breakfast and dinner were great as well timings are great and they change dinner up slightly everyday. Service team was helpful and friendly. Reception was lovely always helpful and always greeted us with a smile. They held our bags for us while we spent the day by the pool on our last day as the flight was in the late evening. This allowed for us to have a relaxing last day instead of a stressful one. Overall 10/10 I would recommend, we enjoyed every second of it. Will definitely be back.

The location is fine for mobile able bodied people. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to light house maspalomas & taxis are €7. The hotel is relaxing & quiet with ample sunbeds & showers. The pool is clean & heated. Rooms are modern & clean however guests are advised to take their own kettles, tea & coffee. Housekeeping is daily with change of towels & always happy to help with any other requirements. We had Half Board & found the food was sufficient & delicious. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly & professional. Evening entertainment was mainly very good & provided a good vibe! Day entertainment was enjoyable. Jesus, what a great guy! Keep playing CMAT.

We stayed here at the end of May/beginning of June with our 4-month-old baby, and I thought this review might be helpful for other parents considering this hotel, as I arrived not really knowing what to expect. For us, the location was ideal. There are free buses that run into town and back, but taxis were only around €8 and the hotel was happy to arrange them for us. Our room was on the ground floor and, because the complex is relatively small, we were only a short walk from the pool, restaurant, and bar. This was especially convenient when the baby was napping, as we never had far to go. There is evening entertainment which can be heard from your terrace, so if your baby is asleep in the room, you can still enjoy some of it without leaving. That said, the rooms themselves are quite soundproof. The rooms only have a coffee machine and no kettle, although kettles can be rented on arrival. I brought my own. The complimentary bottled water provided on arrival is safe to use for formula, but I visited Aldi on our first day and bought bottled water with lower sodium and mineral content, which is generally recommended for babies. If you need to buy nappies while you’re there, expect to pay around €7–10 per pack. There is a microwave available in the restaurant if you sterilise bottles that way. I use MAM bottles, which unfortunately didn’t fit in the microwave, but I had brought sterilising bags with me and they worked perfectly. The rooms only have showers and no baths, so I packed a collapsible laundry basket which doubled as both a baby bath and a place to wash bottles. I’d also recommend bringing slightly more formula than you would normally use at home, as my baby drank noticeably more due to the heat. One thing to note is that there aren’t many plug sockets in the room. There are none on either side of the bed, although there are USB ports (standard USB, not USB-C). Additional sockets can be found behind the sofa, near the coffee machine, and in the bathroom. The food is what you’d generally expect from a standard all-inclusive resort. There was a strong focus on fish dishes, although beef, chicken, and pork options were usually available as well. Drinks included in the standard package are somewhat limited. Premium spirits such as Bacardi require a Gold Band upgrade, although cocktails and beers are included. We ended up buying our own spirits and mixing them with the soft drinks available at the hotel. The rooms do have fridges, but I’d recommend checking the temperature setting when you arrive, as ours wasn’t particularly cold initially. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. However, we did experience a few less welcoming interactions in the restaurant, mainly with some of the older staff members. On a positive note, the rooms were cleaned to a good standard and fresh towels were provided daily. Overall, we had a lovely stay and found the hotel to be very manageable with a young baby, especially thanks to the convenient layout, helpful facilities, and family-friendly atmosphere.

Just back from a 9 day stay as a married couple in our mid 30s with our 4 year old boy. Rooms: The best part as we were situated just right off the pool which was great for running back and forth. Little sun traps at your door. We kept a lot of of washing from day out over night and swimming toys for kids and all were safe. You do get coach roaches though so keep door closed. Pool area: Pool is lovely and warm and we loved the shallow area with the beds in pool and the ramp that led into pool as our 4 year old could play safely as he was a little fed up of the baby pool after a short time. The biggest issue around the pool was the overbearing rules… 1. No balls 2.No floats (unless supporting kid float) 3. No drinks near pool (at times as a mother all I want is to hold a straw to my kids mouth at edge of pool so he stays hydrated and got told off) also would be nice to have sat on the pool beds with a drink. The older life guard is extra (although only doing his job but he felt like the fun police) Sun loungers: We found easy to get one. Biggest thing is the comfier beds on sand and with the canopy cost but their is no sign to tell people this so many got told off at 11 when the lifeguard starts, some people are notified at check in but we were not. Food: We did really struggle. For the beige eating child he lived off chips (simple things like having chicken nuggets would have been a game changer) We lived off mostly salad. The food is defo limited choice so unless your using it as a quick bite with intention to maybe go out a few days then I do not recommend Location: Middle of nowhere. If you like leaving hotel and walking better take hiking boots. You can use the free bus from hotel to leave (only one return journey at 5.15) still quite a walk to playa del ingle beach from the last bus stop. Taxis cheap though (7.8 euros and can use card) Once in playa del Ingles nice enough with shops and bars and McDonald’s We did not visit anywhere else or markets people spoke highly about. Entertainment: Stand out performance was from a Saturday night rock band included with a barbecue. More of that each night would have been great. Sax player at pool during day amazing and she joined in with the water aerobics too (think she played on a Wednesday ? ) Other evenings was live music with one singer on stage which was a mixed bag of decent to let’s go to bed. A mini disco for the kids would have been nice as they were what kept the show alive when the singer was on jamming out to the songs. Overall I would return at a decent deal but would not rush back. Venture out on first few days as it will liven your holiday. Take mosquito spray and snacks if you have young fussy kids . Very small mini market located beside hotel after that it’s a journey. However staff were fine (not overly pleasant however not rude) Weather roasting hot in may into June.
