Every morning at the coffee shop at the Wyndham Resort Denarau Island became one of the best parts of our stay, and that was largely because of Lolini. From the moment we walked in, Lolini made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm energy, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She remembered our coffee orders, always greeted us with the biggest smile, and somehow made even the earliest mornings feel special. Phillis was also lovely, always assisting with such a positive attitude and helping everything run so smoothly. Together, they created such a friendly and inviting atmosphere that we found ourselves looking forward to our daily visits just as much as the coffee itself. The coffee was consistently amazing, the chicken pies were absolutely delicious, and the donuts quickly became a favorite part of our mornings. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Lolini goes above and beyond in a way that truly stands out—her professionalism, warmth, and dedication do not go unnoticed. Team members like her are the reason guests return and leave with such wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire staff for making every morning such a highlight of our trip. We will be talking about those coffees, chicken pies, and the kindness we experienced for a long time.

“Family Ties - my hometown”

Amazing hospitality. Everything seamless No problem they cannot solve. The staff at the restaurants are kind, dedicated & friendly. My sister and I were given top notch care during lunch and this morning’s breakfast. Vinaka Nina Buli, you have touched my heart.

This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had staying at a resort or hotel in our lives. We have stayed in average to high-end hotels of all chains and at Wyndham resorts in many places all over the world, and the hospitality we experienced at Club Wyndham Denarau is unmatched. Every staff member from the cleaning staff, to the front desk staff, to activities staff, to restaurant staff greet you with a "Bula!" and a huge smile every time you walk past them. Waga, a front desk staff member, had memorized our names and room number within a few hours and was so helpful the entire time we were there, bending over backwards to help us with anything we needed. We enjoyed just chatting with him in passing, so we'd walk down to the front desk to ask him a question rather than phone the desk (can't say that's even ever crossed my mind before). The Activities Staff were superb. Zach, Penni, Ana and others were incredible at putting on fun events, taking guests on tours, and teaching us about Fijian history and culture. If we wanted recommendations and suggestions for what do in Fiji or how to get somewhere, front desk staff were full of great ideas and would help us arrange our transportation (sometimes even offering to call a family member to help get us somewhere!). Our room was spacious, clean, modern, air-conditioned, appointed with everything one needs to have a home away from home, and the bed was very comfortable. The resort was immaculate and had so many activities to do (the pool is awesome!), and the Lands End restaurant was great and the food from the swim up bar was excellent. But we would go back tomorrow for the staff. When you arrive, they say "Welcome home" and every Fijian staff member we interacted with really made us feel like we were family, and they treat you like family. Thanks for an amazing experience! We'll be back!
