When come to check in the staff excellent. The room is beautiful and Clean the service is excellent and swimming. Pool is very nice. All staff friendly. This is my first time in Phayathai

“Fabulous hotel”
Excellent location, staff, amenities and breakfast. RIght on the BTS and airport rail line. Close to MBK and Arts and Culture centre. I had some squawking neighbour during the night that woke me up so maybe a reminder to guests to be considerate.

Just confused about the elevator button on the 38th floor not working, hope the welcome drink selection can be more.
