“Excellent service experience”
We stayed for 3 nights and service from the hotel front desk and concierge were excellent. The head concierge, Mr. Edmund Tam, even volunteered to hire a big taxi for the 5 of us so we don't need to take 2 cabs. He and his staff also went up to help us bring our luggages down.
