Hotel is a 15 minute walk from Central Station on the flat. Taxis, buses, number 17, also a local train station for the DSB trains a short 5 minute walk to hotel. Located just off a main road, however no noice is heard from within the hotel. Large undercover drop off point to main reception, hotel deco excellent throughout each area, gives off a warm friendly vibe and very spacious. Rooms & suites on floors 3-11, sky bar and restaurant on top floor with a small outside roof terrace. We were on the 6th floor a double, ample room, well decorated, clean, nice bathroom with walk in shower. Good AC, mini bar, all items used charged for, tea and coffee free and a small of snacks which had to be paid for. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer supplied and TV. Facilities were good, large main restaurant, couple small bars, lounge area, swimming pool, sauna, good sized gym, sky bar and Shusi restaurant on top floor. Good city views and a couple of novel swings to sit in a relax to take in the views. Food was exceptional, we had the breakfast included which was a large continental with a lovely selection and a small choice of hot food from pancakes, omelettes, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. We loved our breakfasts. Easy to get into the city, taxi wait outside the lobby, also the local hop on nd hop off tourist bus, red line stops outside the main entrance every 45 minutes during the min season, train station 5 minutes walk with good access to the city and surrounding area on the local DSB trains.. So why did I only give it a 4 star rating? Couple of negatives which took the icing off the cake . The welcome from reception on arrival was basic and not that informative, only question we were asked was how many days do you want your room cleaned, we selected every other day for our 4 night stay. Would have been nice for her to ask how was our trip over and whether we needed any information relevant to our stay etc . Just given the room key and left us to it No information pack in bedroom just a QR code to scan to log into the hotels website. Yes it contained lots of information if you navigated throughly but some of us may still prefer a written guide rather than the tech, Yes I am now 60 😆 Unfortunately our room was only cleaned and minibar replenished once during our stay, instead of the every other day option we choice on arrival, apparently you need to request a room clean the night before using the hotels website.. we thought the receptionist booked it .. TV had many channels but none of them in English apart from the CNN channel which only reported on Americas latest invasion of Iran !! It listed a BBC worldwide channel but we could not select it, our only other option was Netflix, but this was a charge for service which we didn’t do. Why watch TV on holiday you may say, but sometimes it is nice to come back to the room and watch a little tv to unwind .. The only other slight moan was the hotel pool was colder than I expected, heated but only slightly. My preference slightly warmer please, we still used it and got use to it

Lobby bar has simple breakfast options pastries and granola. Didn't opt for breakfast in brasserie due to cost. Had dinner 1 evening in brasserie, food was nice but expensive and portion sizes not bug. Bar on 2nd floor was nice, comfortable seats, attentive staff and snacks available. Like most things in Copenhagen it is quite expensive. If using metro or train alot Location is great but if walking a good 15 to 20 min walk to shopping areas and centre.

“Very good”

Really nice room let down by a door to ‘balcony’ was broken and wouldn’t open so no air, desk light hanging off hence the dropped mark. Staff really good, breakfast excellent. No room service after 9.30pm which is not good for late arrivals

Weekend away with the hubby, the photos online looked amazing, the room was ok but only ok. We stayed 3 nights, there didn’t come in once to clean the room, empty the bins or fill up the coffee, we had to keep asking for more. I personally found the bed and pillow really uncomfortable and woke up with a headache most days because of it. The air conditioning didn’t work, so I opened the door to keep the room cool as it quickly got hot and stuffy. The location is handy.
