“Fantastic Experience”
Spent a week at the start of May at the Volcano, fantastic hotel. The place is so clean and tidy, staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the best at any 4 star hotel I've stayed in with lots of choice and never crowded. Just book it, you won't regret it.

Our stay has been great, rooms and hotel overall are lovely and staff are fantastic. Breakfast is good, loads to choose from and the pool bar has great food too!

So the hotel itself is ok. Clean and tidy. Maid service daily was very professional and the UK upkeep of the hotel is fine. Nice reception area, staff and pool and the rooms are adequate.
