“Great service”
The service was excellent. They also upgraded my room on the house. The staff was friendly, David was kind and Revai from housekeeping. The ladies at reception were nice too.

“Business trip”
I had travelled from ZITF & arrived in HRE late & needed somewhere to sleep. The lady at the reception wasn’t very welcoming but everyone else was excellent

“Great service and location”
All the staff were exceptionally good and helpful. The variety of food available from the buffet was really good quality and it was great to see cultural food included on both the breakfast and dinner menus.

The environment and location are very good with hospitable staff. however, there is need to upgrade the AC system.

“Guest Review”
I don't know if all the rooms have no aircon, but the one I was in didn't have one, so my stay wasn't that comfortable. When I opened the window curtains a lot of dust would blow in the room. Need for dusting at the back of curtains.
