We had a really lovely family stay here and would recommend it for anyone travelling with young children. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and we felt very well looked after during our stay. Reception/front of house were especially helpful and kindly arranged a later checkout for us before our evening flight, which made a huge difference travelling with a toddler and while pregnant. A special mention to our housekeeper, Goknur, who was so lovely with our little boy. A couple of times she made little displays on the bed using flowers and his toys, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was always kept very clean and tidy. The children’s facilities were great. Our toddler loved the soft play area, playgrounds, kids pools and the shaded play area on the beach. The staff in the children’s areas were very sweet and there was lots of age-appropriate space and activities for younger children. The warmer indoor pool was also great for practicing swimming. The grounds are really lovely too, with lots of gardens and grassy spaces. One of the highlights for our son was feeding the resident tortoises, and spotting a hedgehog one evening was a memorable moment for us all. Food-wise, we mainly used the main restaurant and snack bars because we were keeping things relaxed around naps and toddler timings. There was plenty of choice and it suited us well for an easy family holiday. Evening entertainment was pretty impressive too - good variety and not too loud too late! Were able to find quiet when needed… Overall, a really relaxing and family-friendly stay with genuinely kind staff and a lovely atmosphere for young families. Thank you

“Excellent”

Excellent family holiday - missing a few 5 star touches to make really special but would definitely return. Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms, excellent à la carte restaurants. Excellent family holiday - missing a few 5 star touches to make really special but would definitely return. Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms, excellent à la carte restaurants. Buffet slightly repetitive but as expected for an all inclusive. Drinks service hit and miss. Drinks excellent - missing waiter service around the pool to give it that extra spark. Kids soft play and park brilliant. Would definitely recommend and return again. Got to keep our room for late check out for free

“Best holiday best bar man”

What an absolute outstanding hotel! We visited paloma orenda in 2024. Come home and see that paloma grida was being renovated. The AI pictures alone sold me, so with that we booked and now we are here May 2026! Please understand there is one bar man and one bar man only!!! His drinks 10/10, his cha… more

What an absolute outstanding hotel! We visited paloma orenda in 2024. Come home and see that paloma grida was being renovated. The AI pictures alone sold me, so with that we booked and now we are here May 2026! Please understand there is one bar man and one bar man only!!! His drinks 10/10, his character and charisma 100! We have been here 6 days and so far he alone has made our holiday. Situated by the pool bar mutlu is your man!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and an amazing shower. Our mini bar wasn't restocked on a couple of days, and housekeeping didn't make the room up one day too, so I had to go to reception to request clean towels. The staff are (mostly) very helpful. We were ignored on a few occasions in the Bistro and the main restaurant and had to go and find a bar to get drinks etc. It seemed there maybe werent enough staff to cover all the areas. However, we soon found our place in the Quentine restaurant at lunch time with Yalçin as our amazing waiter- very hard working, and nothing was too much bother for him. We also enjoyed drinks in the Zomm bar with the lovely waitress (i didn't get her name, unfortunately) who always tended to us as we sat down, she remembered the children's drinks throughout the holiday and also kept us topped up with crisps and nuts. She is another super star at this hotel. The food was amazing at this hotel! The main restaurant had plenty of variety and the a-la-cartes were second to none. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the water park. Having had the opportunity to visit the water park last year from the Paloma Sensia, the kids had really enjoyed all the slides and were looking forward to sliding there again this year. Unfortunately, they weren't allowed on the big slides this year, even on a double ring with an adult! They reached the height requirements according to the sign at the bottom of the stairs, but the lifeguard said that was last years rules, and this year, they must be 10 or 13 depending on the slides, so my 7 year old was in tears, which was hard to explain to him after he had been allowed on those same slides last year. This meant we spent less than an hour in the water park throughout our 10 day holiday. This was very disappointing and really took away a big part of the holiday for the kids. The 3 main pools are huge, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The water is not heated, so they are still quite cold at this time of year (early May). They are spotlessly clean though, and 2 of them have shallow splash areas for children to play. The rest of the pools are 1.47m deep though, so quite deep. The shops are handy and actually not badly priced. We bought a few things from the friendly man in the boutique, he was most helpful.
