“Amazing animation team”

Had the best 10 days, 3rd time coming to this hotel the thing that makes it the most for us is the animation team especially marta and alvaro my children love the shows the games everything about them makes are stay so amazing! Thank you so much will be returning next year can’t wait!

From start to finish this holiday has been amazing and the hotel was perfect. Food was really good and a huge choice every day. Our room was lovely, cleaners come round in the mornings. The football pitch was a big hit for my 2 boys age 7 and 10, they made friends and played on this every night after dinner. The in house entertainers were brilliant when they done their shows. The swimming pool was lovely and warm but still very refreshing. The rooms were a good size, beds were really comfy, our children had a day bed, I was worrying they would have a sofa bed where they’d sleep together (they fidget) but was pleasantly surprised with the day bed, although sleeping next to each other the other bed was slightly lower down when you pull it from underneath. We visited Amadores beach, the hotel have a free shuttle bus that comes and 11am and I think there is one slightly later and a few return buses back to the hotel. Only takes 10 minute to get there. There is an inflatable water park on the water at the beach, this is €10 euros for 45 mins or €25 for the day, this was brilliant for all of us. We also visited Anthi beach, a beautiful beach with soft sand, blue water, it was paradise and we would recommend anyone to visit There are lots of excursions, we visited the water park is Maspalomas, great fun had by all, great day out, like anywhere like the waterpark the food is expensive but that’s expected so if you don’t want to spend too much of food then take food with you. We visited end of May/beginning of June, the weather was perfect, mid to late 20s the whole time we were there, don’t be fooled by clouds though, make sure you wear suncream as you will burn!! There are steps down the hill to Puerto Rico beach and the main part of Puerto Rico, we done these steps quite a few times, they are harsh on your legs on the way up but an enjoyable walk, roughly 700 steps. You can get a taxi which is roughly €4.50 and there’s a taxi station just outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel
