“Great hotel and staff”
I recently stayed at this hotel for my visit to Shanghai. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. In particular a lady called Sun Yue Yue was excellent and made my stay even better. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is nice. I would definitely recommend

Historical shanghanese hotel adjacent to People Square. Probably before was one of the most high-end hotels, and indeed it keeps the old style.
