Stayed here from September 21-23/25 for my tour with costsavers, met with my tour group the first day off the side of the lobby area, the tour guides name was Vania and the driver was Pedro. After she told us things about what we needed to know we had dinner at a local restaurant type place that caters to large groups. The hotel was located north east of safestay and it took an hour to get too because I took my time to get there, technically I could have been there in under 40 minutes and I could see planes flying into the airport which was fairly close. The lobby area was nice, a reception on the left, tiled floor and a staircase to the second floor and elevators at the far end of the lobby but the elevators were sooo slow so several times I took the stairs. The hallways went in several directions but were not bad like the hotel in Rome, the lighting was dim but still lit up, the room I stayed in was on the second floor in room 201, the room was nice, there was a bidet, toilet, shower and sink and the bed was a large double bed, desk, chair, tv, side tables and lights, the room also faced the train station and they provided one bottle of water. For breakfast they had a buffet in a large banquet room where they had plenty of seating, for food they had pastries, fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, juice and coffee. I liked this hotel for the most part except for the slow elevators; I would recommend this hotel for a couple of days if you stayed in this part of Lisbon. 4.5 of 5 for great décor of the hotel and fairly nice hotel throughout 4.5 of 5 for nice room with a bottle of water 4.75 of 5 for food quality and amount 4.25 of 5 overall for everything

“Okaish if for few days”

This place was a nice place to sleep. The rooms were clean but dated. The lifts worked, but they took ages and pressed four floors, showing three on the screen after a few drinks, which was quite confusing. This place was a nice place to sleep. The rooms were clean but dated. The lifts worked, but they took ages and pressed four floors, showing three on the screen after a few drinks, which was quite confusing. Breakfast was good enough, but I had lunch on the main restaurant, which was good. The cantine-style restaurant at the back was a proper bargain, costing less than €10 and serving good food. The staff was really helpful. The worst part for me was the pool. There was no staff around to give towels or safety, no sun umbrellas, and no functional bar for some drinks, so that was quite disappointing. For a short trip, it was okay, but not for me.

“Not VIP 4 stars hotel”

This hotel calls itself 4 stars in Portugal but I would rate it 3 or 3.5. The carpet around the bed was filthy. There was no kettle. The receptionist was cold and needs more training. The good points, the location is close to the city centre and there is a decent restaurant nearby.
