“A clean, quiet, very nice hotel.”
The rooms were very clean, quite quiet, the breakfast was small but sufficient and of good quality, the breakfast staff were extremely polite, courteous and friendly, and most of the reception staff were also friendly and very nice. If I come to Vienna again, I will choose this place again.

“Visiting Vienna with mum :)”
I travelled to Vienna with mum as a present pre-surgery and since she is 84 I thought to choose a fairly central hotel and a nice one to make her feel as the special woman she is. “rooms need an update, or a bit more care”
The room wasn't in the best condition. scuff marks on the flooring, and the walls. the panels in the kitchen corner were ripped. on the hallways the fire suppression systems were hanging out.

“Okay Stay”
Hotel needs a refresh. Our suite had a patio, but was in need of a deep clean. Mols in shower grout and stained curtains. Excellent service by staff at front desk and at breakfast. Good breakfast with nice option for dining on outdoor patio.

“Not all that”
I was slightly disappointed by this stay to be honest. Don’t get me wrong the bed was comfy. A/C was good.
