“Nice cheap hotel”
I stayed at Urban Express when traveling Montevideo with my sister and her baby and found that stay quite good for what you pay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast good and the staff was friendly. Also it was no problem being there with the baby.

“Good for the price ”
Centrally located around the corner from plaza Independencia and the old town (mercado Del Puerto) is within walking distance, decent breakfast and helpful staff. Probably could do with fixing or replacing a few items in the rooms but for the price you'll be just fine.

“Cheap!”
This hotel has working walls and floors. The bathroom contains water. The breakfast is made of edible food. The elevators were not on fire.
