“Nice and good service with Club Access”
Overall, very good for stay. If you not rushing your tour plan, spending time at the hotel with Grand club access would be much enjoyable in this Hyatt.

“Great Club Lounge!”
We stayed for three nights in a Club room in late March. The room was great - clean, large and also had a bath :) The location is very good - close to a subway and easy walking to a number of areas. “The power outage during our stay was disappointing.”
The power outage that affected the entire room—triggered by the use of a hairdryer during my stay—undoubtedly caused significant inconvenience. Such an incident is particularly unacceptable at a hotel of the Grand Hyatt's caliber.
