The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the cleanliness and staff deserve the highest praise. The facilities for children are excellent — the large playroom is spacious, tidy, and spotless. The water in the pools is warm, and the pool hygiene is at a very high level. It would be nice if the pool were a bit larger, but everything is kept in good order. The only real drawback is that the pool is located in a separate building and is not connected to the hotel by an indoor passage, which is a significant inconvenience during winter days.

Room is nice but there is no dishes and they did not changed our dirt sheet in three days, they took our small towels, but did not give new. The treasure hunt for Halloween was disaster, not enough sweets and kids were so disappointed. Should be improved.

What we really liked was the playhouse and the water world. In the cool area, there is a waterslide complex just for kids. The water is pleasantly heated, and the jacuzzi is warm. The entire hotel is modern and newly built, and the rooms are practically furnished with a bathtub, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The animation staff (young female animators) do their best to entertain the children, but in quite an amateurish way – there’s definitely room for improvement. The location of children’s programs, whether they take place in the yard or in the lobby, is not indicated anywhere, and the exact starting times are not respected either. The chocolate hunt started 5 minutes early, so those who arrived on time didn’t get any. What is particularly weak is the catering. The food is not really tasty, and the breakfast is a standard continental. The cocktail prepared at the bar didn’t even resemble what its name suggested – overall, the quality is quite poor. In many places, I encountered Filipino bartenders who only spoke English, which suggests that catering to Hungarian guests is not a priority. The one place where we ate relatively well was the restaurant in BalaLand – they serve tasty pizza and burgers, although at a high price. In my opinion, this is more of a higher-end 4-star hotel, not comparable, for example, to the Avalon Resort. There is room for improvement in the food – prosecco at breakfast would be a nice touch, and the bartenders could benefit from proper training. Cleanliness should also be given more attention – the playhouse is particularly dirty and dusty.
