“Exquisite hotel lovely interior, rooms and view.”
A lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. They had a great breakfast with many options to choose from. We liked the location and were lucky enough to see the northern lights that evening.

“Best Iceland hotel!”
While in Iceland this was the best hotel and dining we had. I'm a diabetic and they provided us a room with a refrigerator, although it was a superior suite. We had dinner and breakfast, both excellent. Both the check-in and waiter superb and very helpful with my diabetes and wife's allergies. B… more

“Dinner at Restaurant Carlo”
We had our dinner at Restaurant Carlo and the food was great…. We ordered Pork chops, arctic char, beef, scallops and a few more and they were all great. Shout out to our server Gulli who was very friendly and helpful. Great service. 👏👏

I can unfortunately not give my room 4 stars. In my double room there was no air conditioning so too warm inside.No minibar/fridge, no hairdryer.
