Our stay at Silver Sands Beach Resort in Havelock Island was truly magical ✨ The location is super convenient—just about 10 minutes from the jetty, making arrival and departure very easy. Despite being so accessible, the resort feels peaceful and tucked away. The beach here is clean, serene, and absolutely beautiful. The views are simply mesmerising—turquoise waters, soft sand, and stunning sunrises that you just don’t want to miss. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Another big plus is connectivity to nearby spots. It’s only about 5 minutes from Kala Pathar Beach and around 10 minutes to the famous Radhanagar Beach, making it a great base to explore the island. Food at the resort was delicious with good variety, and if you want to explore, there are 2–3 nice local restaurants nearby as well, which is very convenient. Getting around is hassle-free—autos and cabs are easily available on request at reasonable prices. Unlike places like Goa, there’s no cab mafia vibe, which makes travel much more comfortable and stress-free. The property itself is well-maintained with clean and comfortable rooms, and the beach area is kept spotless. The evening live music at Shanaya kitchen was amazing. Perfect beach vibe with snacks and drinks. The Nirvana spa was really well done. We took couples massage and was a great experience. A special mention to Suman, whose warmth and attentiveness really stood out. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. All in all, a perfect blend of location, comfort, great food, and stunning natural beauty. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Havelock Island

We had a fantastic stay at Silver Sands Beach Resort in Havelock Island, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The resort is beautifully located on Vijaynagar Beach, offering direct access to pristine white sands and clear turquoise waters. Waking up to the sound of waves every morning was truly refreshing. The private beach is undoubtedly the best part of this property—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The swings, beach beds, pool, and bar area create a lovely vibe to unwind. One morning, I went for sunrise and was pleasantly surprised to find staff serving tea and coffee on the beach—a thoughtful and memorable touch. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall property is well maintained. Check-in was smooth despite a rush of guests, which set a great first impression. The staff throughout were responsive and courteous. The live kitchen near the beach is a great addition—you can enjoy freshly prepared food and drinks while soaking in the view. However, food and beverages are on the expensive side. The location is convenient, about 5–6 km from the jetty and close to Kala Pathar Beach, though Radhanagar Beach is a 30–40 minute drive. Overall, a wonderful stay, especially for beach lovers. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 Nights at this property. We booked the Andaman Lagoon rooms. 1. Room size is great with cottage style design overlooking a well maintained garden/walk area and near the pool and has partial beach view from the front. 2. Check-in was relatively faster here but there were lots of simultaneous check-ins so took a bit of time. But that's the good part. Other than that 1. Restaurant food was average. We tried a la carte at the restaurant but we did not enjoy the food much. We also had buffet breakfast as part of our package. Lot of items, but other than a thing or two did not enjoy much. Also mostly for breakfast it was all self service! Not expected in a hotel that shows up under 5* 2. Hot water issues. First day we did not get hot water in both rooms. Then we were told there is a geyser switch. Next day one room got hot water the other did not. Not sure what the issue was. 3. The hotel was by the beach but it was more of a marshland. 4. Lots of mosquitos including in reception area. Maybe because of the greenery all around, but it was a tad too much. 5. For the amount charged for the stay, we expected much better experience. Again would rate this a 3 / 5.
