Overall stay was good, initially the room provided was clean but not as per my liking, later changed, which was good. Place is convenient and close to the main market and Banganga. Has ATM in the vicinity. staff from the reception, security, house keeping as well as from the restaurant were very helpful and courteous. Food was tasty. Only the exhaust in the bathroom was bit loud, due to which made the room chilly, also hot water was not very hot and there's no locker in the room other than that, it was safe for a solo traveler.

Overall Rating: 3/5 ​The Good: ​Location: Excellent and highly convenient. The proximity to the helipad and key local points is a major plus. ​Staff: The team on the ground was courteous and polite during our interactions. ​Areas for Immediate Improvement & Concerns ​While the stay had its positives, there were a couple of significant operational and policy issues that left a disappointing impression: ​1. Non-Transparent and Unfair Breakfast Pricing ​Prior to booking, I noticed the online rate was ₹12,200 inclusive of breakfast. Because I planned to leave early, I contacted the hotel directly to exclude breakfast. The hotel only reduced the tariff by a mere Click to add text₹200 (offering a rate of ₹12,000). ​However, due to a delay in my Darshan timing, I requested to add the breakfast back to my stay. Instead of restoring the original package price or charging the ₹200 difference, the hotel insisted on charging ₹400 per person. Charging a premium for the exact same service that was valued at ₹200 during the booking modification feels unfair and lacks transparent pricing logic. ​2. Reluctance with Helipad/Yatra Point Transfers ​Complimentary pick-up and drop services to the helipad or the main Yatra starting point are standard hospitality norms for hotels in this tier and location. Initially, this service was outright denied. While the hotel did eventually provide the transfer after a lengthy discussion, guest management shouldn't require negotiation for a basic, expected amenity. ​Conclusion ​The property has massive potential due to its prime location and polite staff, but management needs to streamline its transfer policies and ensure fair, consistent pricing protocols. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the experience for future travelers.
