The staff are polite and friendly and the room is clean but there's no bolster pillow. Please add bolster pillow in superior room. The location is nice since it's integrated with dept store and water park

The hotel is big and nice. One complex with suncity mall madiun. Obviously a lot of food around the mall, kfc, jco, nasgor 69, etc. Lots of hangouts. Near the Suncity waterpark, info from the reception, the swimming pool at the hotel has not been completed, so you can get a 25% discount if you want to go to the waterpark. Spacious rooms. There are prayer mats and Al Quran. My family Booking superior and deluxe room. The deluxe room more expensive than superior room but like there is no difference ? Only difference is just a single sofa on the deluxe room. The bathroom is decent but the wc is a bit dirty a lot of stains. Hopefully more attention.

I booked two rooms for two days, junior suite (522) and Superior (501) for my assistant, both rooms are nice and available for smoking for superior room, spacious room, amenities standard, minibar fridge, bathroom with shower junior suite room, very spacious, extra sofa, working desk, bathroom with bathtub, minibar fridge theres no pool in hotel, but this hotel is more than enough for business trip in madiun, located next to the shopping mall, few minutes to the train station breakfast with most local and continental food, room service 24 hours, with local and continental menus

I mean, I love this place, it’s decent and not too bad. Some of the staffs are welcoming and very attentive to any of my concerns during my stay. Just some staff at the restaurant need a bit of product knowledge as I kind of picky to what I eat and would love to know what’s inside the food and et cetera, yet these guys simply can’t explain or even worse is they answer “I don’t know” and start to make an assumption of how the food/drinks maybe look like while giggling when I’m being starving and dead serious. Lack of staff’s awareness as well is what bothers me, I stayed on the 5th floor and got guys are smoking on the hallway regularly, As far as I know that this place is definitely equipped with smoke detector and what funny is the staff are around the area and didn’t even talk to this guys who knows no rules of “no smoking”, it makes the whole 5th floor smells like smoke everywhere. Guys, it’s bad. Don’t order any food here really, except their pisang goreng. Other foods are just toooooooo salty it’s almost deadly and has a weird recipe. I ordered carbonara and what I have is not creamy milky sauce but a scrambled eggs sauce and it is dry. How is that?! This hotel has a potential to be big, please mind these simple things that will have a big impact to your guest. One good positive thing for this hotel, I can watch world cup in my room while other hotels would charge me and asked me to watch with other guests !!!!!!! The best!!!!
