“Terbaikk”
Pertama kali menginap dan dapat kesempatan menjadi guest of the day, pelayanan sangat baik, breakfast enak banyak pilihan. good service especially from rizal. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Surabaya!

“Super unbelieveble service”
Surprise banget on the first day check in, they gave me welcome snack (cantik) & welcome card which was make me melted. The hotel has minimalist concept and good for business trip. That is why there is no other facilities, like gym, swimming pool, park, etc. But they provide spa per request. “Good Value For Money”
Room was clean and comfortable. There is a filtered water dispenser in the corridor. Staff are friendly and helpful - I had an issue with my WiFi and they did all they could to assist me - they even sent an engineer to check the router. Good value for money!

“Good choice”
Strategic location near by TP Staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. Definitely worth a look if you have a limited budget and is not too fussy Great experience. Will be staying here again. Thank you
