“Excellent staff and newly refurbished room”
We moved to this hotel after being abused and insulted by the feral staff at the Rixos Duhok. Our room (a suite) was newly refurbished with a sitting room and new bathroom. Truly excellent staff who did everything to welcome us and make us comfortable. Yes the hotel is not brand new, but 1000 times… more

“Training workshop and impressed by the facilities”

“Clean, stunning garden and swimming pool in old Soviet style”
Good clean with interesting waterworks, quiet (except when referendum being celebrated), good views over town from rooms at front. Decent breakfast, helpful staff and good coffee and tea in the downstairs lobby.
