I have been coming to the hotel for over 10 years, both in summer and winter. This fact speaks volumes that I am extremely satisfied with my stay. I am referring to the location, the staff, which is exceptional and obviously takes great care in selecting the staff.

Had a fabulous stay in the Salnerhof. Everything was perfect, food, facilities, room, location etc. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.. i recommend it highly, you will not be disappointed. I will he back

For the fourth time In Ischgl, third time at Salnerhof, actually second stay because in January we were not lucky at all. The day after arrival we had to go back home because we lost a family member. Reason why we want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being so kind and understanding and refunding our money so that we could leave quickly. Many thanks to the Reception Staff and Manager! Very nice hotel and proffesional team! The impeccable service and hospitality of theirs staff made our stay most enjoyable. Our vacation has begun with a big surprise: we opened the door to a much bigger and more comfortable room than we had booked (Room 202). We received an upgrade and we were very excited. Again, many thanks! We had an amazing view of both the mountain and the street. Bright and clean room with additional facilities: safety deposit box, mini-fridge, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, cream and sugar, water and apples. Also, we had a large and comfortable bed, sofa and large TV. I remember how clean the room was and how nice it smelled every time we came back from skiing... All of the people are helpful and generous with their time and advice and they make you feel at home. We want to say hello to the team working in the restaurant on the right side, the one for guests. What an amazing team! They work hard and help each other so that the guests don't have to wait too long. They are always smiling and they are amazing! All of them... We already miss you guys, especially our two friends who made us feel like family: Ana and Ivan. We met Ana last year and she is very dear to us and Ivan, he took care of us and cheered us up every day, both during breakfast and dinner. Two special people... Big hug for you! We really miss you friends, hope to see you again! Speaking of breakfast, there is a wide range: hot and cold food (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, baked bacon, local meat and dairy products, quality bread and pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fruit juice, tea, cofee and much more). If nothing satisfies you (and I doubt it), there is a menu and you can order something else. Dinner: every meal felt gourmet. They have exceptional chefs and each plate looked like a painting. Taste? A delight! A great experience that we plan to repeat. For relaxation, the hotel offers a sauna, a bar and an à la carte restaurant where Austrian and international cuisine is served. Salnerhof is a beautiful hotel! It is clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Only downside was the street noise at night. If you are a light sleeper like me ... bad luck! :( Overall, we had a great experience and we hope to come back next year. We recommend this hotel. Greetings from Romania, Iuliana & Florin! 😊

“Simply Great”

Very nice and refurbished rooms, cosy bar, great food and nice wine list (also try the Chateau briand in the a la carte Restaurant together with an Austrian cuvée) and lovely staff…the best price/quality there is in Ischgl (said by someone who has been there >20 times 😜)
